Add Amazing Picture Frame Using Fireworks

You want to add frame to your pictures? You have Adobe Fireworks? You can Add Pictures Frame using Adobe Fireworks. I try to add frame to my pictures, but i find something special with Fireworks, we can adding frame to our pictures, with any size, any file type and we can settings the size of frame. So, let’s see now.

1. Open your Fireworks and click File > Open and browse your images.

2. Select the images, and click Commands menu > Creative > and choose Add Picture Frame.

3. Select one of pattern, and set the frame size.

4. And should like this, with 3 Pattern.

Create Easy Photo Flash Slideshow with Fireworks

Fireworks is not only for edit images, make design, and etc, but with Fireworks we can make Slideshow with easy, no needed code, and flash code. We just need much photo, and we can make the Slideshow, with Flash plugin or not. So, follow this tutorial, and learn how to make beautiful Slideshow.

 

 

1. Open your Fireworks.

2. Click Commands > Create Slideshow.

 

3. When Slideshow box is showing, click Plus + button to add images file.

 

4. Click Custom > and browse your images file. And click Ok.

 

5. Now, you can see your files has been added to Albums.

 

6. Fireworks have 6 players, that is:

- Dreamworld – Green (Flash)

- Dw Web Photo Album Style (Flash)

- Player – Black (Flash)

- Player – White (Flash)

- Silver Silver (Flash)

- Player – Black (Flash plugin not required).

Write your Title and Description, choose one of player, and check Allow clicking images and auto start slideshow or you can leave blank.

 

7. In the Album Properties, write your Slide Description, check Thumbnail and Background.

 

8. You can give Captions to your pictures, write your captions, you can apply to all albums or not, just check Apply to all albums or leave blank. And if finish, click button.

 

Now, your captions is ready.

 

9. Now, choose the filters and give it to your pictures. Choose one of Filters:

- Auto Level

- Convert to Grayscale

- Convert to Sepia Tone

- Invert, and

- Sharpen.

 

10. In the Slideshow Properties, you can set the Interval, Transition, and Display Sequence. Set the Transition type to Random.

 

11. We almost finish, set the Export path, to export your Slideshow and all file, and set the size.

And then, click Create button, and your Slideshow is ready to show.

Learn To Making 3D Text with Fireworks

3D Text is the many kind text style. We can make 3D Text with any software, like Photoshop, Fireworks, 3ds Max, and many 3D software. This time, I will show you Making 3D Text with Fireworks. Why not Photoshop? Because I want make Something different. We just need make any Text with bigger size, about 53-55 px. Change the color to Linear, give the Bevel and Emboss effects, skewed the Text, copy and paste the Text, and Done. Follow this tutorial and watch the Videos.

1. Open you Adobe Fireworks.

2. Click New Document, and choose Custom colors.

3. Click Text tool and make some bigger Text in the stage.

Choose Bauhaus 93 font or other, and choose 3-55 for the size.

And should like this…

4. Text still selected, click Text menu > Convert to Paths.

5. After that, on the Properties panel, click Solid > Gradient > Linear.

6. And then click Color Box in left side Solid type.

See the Red circle, click each point, for first point, choose the Medium color (ex: light yellow) and for second point, choose the Hard color (ex: dark orange).

7. Now, we give the Text Bevel and Emboss effects. On the Properties panel, search + sign, click it > Bevel and Emboss > Outer Bevel.

Choose the Height 2.

8. Text still selected, on the Select Tool, click Skew Tool (see the picture above).

9. See the Red circle, click that Point, move the Point to the right.

And should like this…

Hold Ctrl + Alt, and press the up arrow key. This will duplicate your layer slightly above your original layer. Keep doing this over and over again until your text is at your desired Height.

And you can see the Text.

Easy To Making Gel Button with Fireworks

Many kind of button in the Internet. We can make the button with Photoshop, Button Maker and many more. This time I will show you To Make Gel Button with my favorite software, Adobe Fireworks (in this tutorial I using Adobe Fireworks CS5 version). With Rectangle Tool for the objects, Gradient type and Linear as the color and the transparent color, we already make Gel Button with any color. But, follow this tutorial with concentration, because if you make 1 mistakes in every steps, your button makes you not satisfied, so follow this instruction step by step. Ready?

1. Open your Adobe Fireworks.

2. Create a New Document with Transparent Background, for the size, it’s yours.

3. With Rectangle Tool, make button object.

4. On the Properties panel, find Roundness, change to 100 px.

Like this.

5. The Button still selected, on the Properties panel, choose Solid > Gradient > Linear.

After that, click Color box.

See 2 Red circle, click each point and change to other color, make it from light yellow on first point and dark yellow on second point.

6. Copy and paste the button, make sure after you paste the button still selected, don’t move to anywhere. The Button still selected, click Color box, on the first Point (see the Red circle) change Opacity to 0.

7. After that, click second point (see the Red circle) and change the color to white.

8. Now see the Red circle again, click that Point, move from Bottom button to Up button, or you can Rotate it. (See the pictures carefully)

9. Then, see the Blue circle, click that point and move about 2 block from Background. (See the pictures carefully)

10. Now, it’s time to give the Button Blur effects. Copy and Paste the button (not the Transparent button), make sure button still selected, after that, choose Filters > Blur > Gaussian Blur.

When you choose Gaussian Blur, will shows Dialog box, just click Ok.

And change Blur Radius to 3.1 or more.

11. If nothing steps missing, we can see the result now, and you can try other color.
